MAGELLAN MIDSTREAM PARTNERS, L.P.

— 2017 ENERGY CONFERENCE TOUR —

Magellan Midstream Partners, L.P. owns the longest, refined petroleum products pipeline system in the country. With over 9,700 miles of pipelines, 53 terminals, and approximately 42 million barrels of storage, Magellan can tap into nearly 50% of the nation’s refining capacity and deliver into major demand hubs including Houston, Dallas, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Kansas City, Des Moines, Minneapolis, Little Rock, El Paso, Albuquerque, and Denver. More than 1.2 million barrels per day are moved through their assets.

Ethanol storage and blending services are offered at all 53 of its refined products terminals in the MPL South, Central, and Mountain systems. Magellan offers storage and distribution services for Ethanol Flex Fuel in many markets. Biodiesel storage and blending services are offered at 10 terminals; two of which are in Iowa at Mason City and Des Moines. This year’s tour will provide an overview of the MPL assets and walking tour of the biodiesel blending process as trucks load at the rack.

RENEWABLE ENERGY GROUP, NEWTON

REG Newton is a 30 million gallon per year, commercial-scale, state-of-the-art biodiesel production facility in Newton, Iowa. The facility was originally engineered and constructed by Renewable Energy Group and owned by Central Iowa Energy, LLC (CIE) in 2006 with production beginning the same year. REG and CIE consolidated in February 2010 with REG becoming sole owner/operator of the facility. The plant was upgraded to produce an even higher purity of biodiesel from a wider array of raw materials in 2014. The REG Newton tour will include a physical facility tour, technical presentation and legislative report within approximately 90 minutes.
